BARTENDER
The ultimate in multi-tasking; shake, mix, pour, serve, wash, AND small talk. Extensive knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer is a must. Experience or interest in craft cocktail creation preferred. Responsible for serving our full menu to bar customers, stocking product, and washing bar glassware.

HOST
Greet customers and seat them at their table. Communicate table timing and needs with all FOH staff to ensure a seamless flow of service. Build relationships with regular guests. Assist with bussing and re-setting tables. Answer phone calls to take reservations and carry out orders.

SERVER
Provide efficient, friendly, and informative service to every guest. Develop a broad knowledge of Sorella’s menu and wine list. Enhance customer experience with appropriate recommendations and upsells. Build rapport with tables to create repeat customers.

FOOD RUNNER / BUSSER
Deliver food and clear tables in a friendly and efficient manner. Work with BOH staff to add the finishing touches to each plate. Assist FOH staff in cleaning tables. Replenish glassware, silverware, and other supplies.

PIZZAIOLO
Know the dough. Prepare and execute pizzas, proteins, and vegetable dishes out of the wood fire oven. Quick moving and thinking, with the ability to multi-task and keep track of cooking time.

LINE / PREP COOK
Prepare and execute our menu with the attention to detail and quality of cooking our customers have come to expect. An interest in Italian cuisine and desire to expand your knowledge and skill set is a must.

DISHWASHER
The critical link between dining room and kitchen. Wash dishes and cookware in an efficient manner. May include additional prep, cleaning, and maintenance duties for the right candidate.
