Policies
We have a 15-minute grace period; please call us if you are running late.
Tables of 4 or fewer are reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Tables of 5 or more are reserved for 2 hours.
A 20% service charge will be applied to all parties of 6 or greater. Split checks are limited to 3 per table.
Large Party Policies: 5 or more guests
Cancellation Policy: You have up to 24 hours prior to the reservation date to change, modify, or cancel your reservation. Once the 24 hours expire, even if we do not hear from you when we try to confirm, it will be considered a firm reservation. NO-SHOWS OR CANCELS AFTER THE 24-HOUR PERIOD HAS EXPRIED will result in a $25 per person fee.
For parties of 5 or more, a credit card is required to hold the table. The cancellation policy applies.
Parties of 8 or more have a Food and beverage minimum of $30 per person, pre-tax, and a 20% gratuity. Tax and gratuity are added after the $30 minimum has been met.
Parties of 16 or more require a pre-set family-style menu and fall under the aforementioned policies. Our event manager or GM can help you with menu suggestions with your input and guidance. They can be reached at stephanie@sorellamke.com or pdamora@sorellamke.com.
Dining Areas
Open Table allows guests to request their table type: regular, bar, or patio. We do our best to honor these selections. However, table types are not guaranteed.
Our outdoor tent is heated to approximately 70 degrees, with some drafts near openings and edges. A fire pit is in the middle, accompanied by heaters along the perimeter. Please dress appropriately for tent reservations, as we will most likely not be able to move your table inside.
Parking & Accessibility
Free street parking is available on KK and surrounding side streets. Handicap parking and access are behind the building in the alley off Otjen Street.
